WHAT IT IS
ARHGOAT Derma Roller is your new best friend for reviving your scalp and hair follicles. It contains 540 high-strength medical-grade titanium needles to activate damaged or dormant hair follicles, maximize absorption of scalp treatments, and encourage new & fuller hair growth.

WHAT IT DOES
Microneedling is a method for creating small entry points, known as micro-wounds, across your scalp with the use of needles at a length of 0.25mm or more. Microneedling encourages the wound-healing process to reactivate follicles for improved hair growth & quality and increases the effective absorption of hair treatments.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW
The reactivation of hair follicles will result in hair growth, with or without the application of hair treatments after microneedling. Microneedling therapy using a derma roller is an effective hair growth treatment.

How To Apply:
Spray rubbing alcohol or sanitizing cleaner on the roller head before use and allow it to dry. Apply light pressure and roll gently on the dry scalp. Roll 5-10 times back and forth on troubled areas or full scalp, at least once a week. Apply your scalp treatment(s) on the full scalp after rolling for maximum absorption. Sanitize the roller head and store the derma roller in the storage container when not in use. Replace every 3-6 months or when needles feel blunt.

CLEANING + SANITATION GUIDE:
1. Before use, we recommend spraying rubbing alcohol or a sanitizing cleaner on the roller head and allowing it to dry.
2. After use, sanitize the roller head and store the derma roller in the storage container.
3. We advise using our derma roller on a clean scalp. If your scalp is not freshly clean, we recommend using a damp cotton pad with soapy water or shampoo, lightly dab along your scalp line to clean away oils and buildup, then gently use the Derma Roller.

Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
  • Free shipping on orders of $30 or more.
  • Orders under $30. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • There is a $18 extra fee for expedited shipping.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
ARHGOAT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages:
ARHGOAT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the shipping carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

ARHGOAT will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete.
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@arhgoatcare.com. Please do not return to the original shipping address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have opened the product packaging and applied it to your hair/skin, this order is not refundable (please understand that the opened product cannot be sold again). Unless it is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, just send us a picture of the result for confirmation. If the review is passed, we will refund your order (minus shipping costs, if applicable) and you do not need to return the product.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that the return amount will not include the cost of shipping. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@arhgoatcare.com.
